Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service associate to install and maintain tires and wheels, perform repairs and rotations, and service TPMS calibration. You will also wash wheels, test drive vehicles, and support offsite road services as needed.

Excellent customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. The role includes operating service vehicles, promoting store sales, and helping customers select the best tire value option.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Physical requirements include bending, twisting, kneeling and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
