Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Priest River, Idaho, is seeking a Sales & Service associate for tire installation, maintenance and sales. The role emphasizes customer service and adherence to company policies while performing service and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities include installing/maintaining tires and wheels, TPMS calibration, battery testing, and offsite/roadside service as needed. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels; repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels; install/relearn/calibrate TPMS.
• Wash tires and wheels; test drive vehicles; operate service vehicles for offsite/roadside service.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
