Les Schwab Tire Centers is looking for a Sales & Service associate focused on tire installation, maintenance and sales. You will deliver excellent customer service while following company policies and safety standards.

The role covers tire installation, rotation, TPMS work, battery testing, and offsite road service support, with on‑the‑job training available. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 75 lbs are required.

Qualifications

Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintaining equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Providing excellent customer service, promoting store sales, and using the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers
