Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service specialist for tire installation, maintenance, and sales. You will provide excellent customer service and complete work according to company policies and procedures.

You will be responsible for installation and maintenance of tires and wheels, TPMS calibration, and offsite road service as needed, while promoting store sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; bending, twisting, kneeling and squatting

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; balancing wheels.
• TPMS installation, relearning/calibration when needed.
• Washing tires and wheels; testing and servicing vehicles.
• Assist other employees; test driving vehicles; operate service vehicles for offsite/emergency road services.
• Promote store sales and engage customers using the Best Tire Value Promise.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
