Job summary

Tire Discounters, a family-owned tire retailer, is seeking an Advance Tire Technician to replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles. This role includes hands-on training to develop skills for more advanced positions.

You will operate balancers and tire machines, complete work orders accurately, maintain the shop and equipment, and deliver outstanding customer service while promoting a safe, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service, and meet the customer needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
