Job summary

Tire Discounters, a family-owned tire and automotive service retailer, is seeking an Advance Tire Technician to replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared toward helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

You will join a supportive team, work safely, and gain opportunities for growth while earning hourly pay with overtime and weekly pay. This role is on-site in the United States.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service, and meet the customer needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
