Job summary

Tire Discounters, a family-owned tire and automotive service retailer, is seeking an Advance Tire Technician. You will replace, repair, and rotate tires, operate balancers and machines, and ensure accurate work orders. Training is provided to build skills for advanced roles.

We value safety and customer service, with a focus on teamwork and meeting customers' needs. Pay ranges from $14.00 to $16.00+ per hour, with overtime and weekly commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• Service‑oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays and comply with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Operate tire balancers and machines.
• Complete work orders accurately and safely.
• Maintain organized shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and coworkers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service and promote safety.
