Job summary

Southern Tire Mart in Little Rock, AR seeks a tire technician to mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires for passenger, light truck, and large vehicles, with TPMS knowledge.

You will troubleshoot, perform fleet maintenance, load/unload inventory, and follow safety procedures. Requirements: 18+, valid driver’s license, drug screen, ability to lift 30–250 lbs, and flexible hours including weekends; overtime may be required. Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older; 21 years or older to drive.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
  • Experience with heavy-duty/commercial tires preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to lift/move tires weighing 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical assistance.
  • Able to perform repetitive and sustained physical exertions, including bending, lifting, kneeling, and exposure to vibrations.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Overtime may be required.

  • Follow all safety procedures, training guidelines, and company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
