Flynn’s Tire in Stow, OH is hiring Tire Technicians for our location. This entry-level role offers comprehensive paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help Tire Techs grow within our organization.

This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, making it ideal for those starting their career or seeking long-term growth with a defined path to leadership.

Qualifications

• MVR check and background check required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Lift 20–80 lbs.
• No automotive experience required.
• Degree not required (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires.
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
• Perform tire pressure checks and basic maintenance services.
• Safely operate tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist customers with tire service needs in a professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment while developing hands-on automotive skills.
