Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Oregon is seeking a Sales & Service Associate to handle tire installation, maintenance and sales, delivering outstanding customer service in line with company policies.

You will install/repair tires, rotate and balance wheels, calibrate TPMS, and assist customers at the shop and during on-site road service. The role requires strong customer service, physical ability to lift 35–75 lbs, and is full-time with benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to perform in a rapid pace environment and lift 35–75 pounds.
• Must be able to bend, twist, kneel, bend and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels; rotate, inflate, and balance wheels.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
