Les Schwab is seeking a Sales & Service associate for tire installation, maintenance, rotation, and sales. You will ensure top-tier customer service and perform tire/wheel services per company policies and the Code of Conduct.

The role involves installing, repairing, and balancing tires, calibrating TPMS, washing components, and supporting offsite road services. Training is provided on the job, with opportunities for promotion.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35-75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintaining equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
