Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service professional to install, maintain, and service tires and wheels, while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities include tire repairs, rotations, inflations, TPMS work, battery tests, and assisting other staff. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and meeting company policies and conduct standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/relearning/calibrating TPMS.
• Washing tires and wheels.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Using and maintaining equipment.
• Assisting other employees.
• Test driving vehicles.
• Operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
