Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service technician responsible for tire and wheel installation, maintenance, and service. You will repair, rotate, inflate tires, rebalance wheels, calibrate TPMS, and assist with offsite road services.

Customer service and adherence to company policies are essential. The role requires a valid driver's license, stamina for physical tasks, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels on vehicles.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires and rebalance wheels.
• Install/relearn/calibrate TPMS on vehicles.
• Wash tires and wheels; test drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
