Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Seattle, WA is seeking a Sales & Service associate for tire installation, maintenance and sales. You will install and balance tires, service TPMS, and help customers find the best value while upholding company policies and the Code of Conduct.

You will rotate tires, inflate, rebalance and perform offsite road service as needed, with a focus on safety, efficiency and friendly in-store assistance. A valid driver’s license is required and benefits follow eligibility.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels, including repair, rotation, inflation and balancing.
• Attach, recalibrate and relearn TPMS as needed.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road service.
• Promote store sales and provide outstanding customer service while using the Best Tire Value Promise.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
