Les Schwab Tire Centers in Spanaway, WA seeks a Sales & Service technician for tire installation, maintenance and sales. You will perform tire mounting, balancing, TPMS calibration, and battery tests while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels on vehicles.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires; rebalance wheels as needed.
• Install/relearn/calibrate TPMS and test-drive vehicles.
• Assist store staff and promote Tire Center sales.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
