Les Schwab in Washington state seeks a Sales & Service tire technician to install, maintain, and repair tires and wheels, ensuring high levels of customer service and adherence to company policies. You will rotate, inflate, rebalance tires and work with TPMS systems, while assisting other staff and test-driving vehicles as needed.

The role involves operating service vehicles for offsite calls, with on-the-job training provided and opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds is expected.

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales
• Uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Pay and Benefits:

$16.50 - $26.45 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
