Job summary

Les Schwab is seeking a Sales & Service Tire Installation, Maintenance & Service specialist. You will install and maintain tires and wheels, perform repairs, rotate and balance tires, and assist with TPMS calibration while delivering excellent customer service.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment, lift 35–75 pounds regularly, and use company tools all at no cost to you. The role includes paid training, potential for promotion from within, and opportunities to grow with a trusted California

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS.
• Washing tires and wheels.
• Testing and installing batteries.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• attaching and rebalancing wheels

• washing tires and wheels

• using and maintenance of equipment
• assisting other employees
