Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in the United States is seeking a Sales & Service professional to install, maintain and sell tires and wheels, delivering excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies and the Code of Conduct. You will perform tire mounting, balancing, TPMS relearning, battery checks, and related service tasks while promoting store sales.

The role offers on-the-job training, room for advancement, and a competitive hourly wage between $16.50 and $26.45

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and excellent customer service.
• Ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels; repair, rotate, and inflate tires; attach and rebalance wheels.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales; use the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.
• Perform TPMS relearn/calibration and related service tasks as required.

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services. Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.
