Les Schwab is hiring for a Sales & Service position focused on tire installation, maintenance and sales. You will deliver excellent customer service, perform tire rotations, TPMS calibration, and assist with store sales.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 35–75 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment. Full-time benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement plan, paid time off and more.

Qualifications

• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels.
• Install/relearn/calibrate TPMS.
• Wash tires and wheels.
• Test drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road service.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.

Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• attaching and rebalancing wheels
• installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• washing tires and wheels
• testing and installing batteries
• using and maintenance of equipment
• assisting other employees
• test driving vehicles
• operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• provides excellent customer service and promotes store sales
• uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Pay and Benefits:

$16.50 - $26.45 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
