Les Schwab is hiring for a Sales & Service role in California to handle tire installation, maintenance, and related services while delivering exceptional customer service. The position includes operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road calls and promoting our Best Tire Value Promise to customers.

The job emphasizes safety, teamwork, and efficiency, with on‑the‑job training and opportunities to learn car care basics.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• attaching and rebalancing wheels
• installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• washing tires and wheels
• testing and installing batteries
• using and maintenance of equipment
• assisting other employees
• test driving vehicles
• operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• provides excellent customer service and promotes store sales
• uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Pay and Benefits:

$16.50 - $26.45 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
