Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Wisconsin seeks a Sales & Service associate to install and maintain tires and wheels, repair, rotate and inflate tires, rebalance wheels, and calibrate TPMS, while delivering exceptional customer service and promoting store sales.

The role requires operating equipment, assisting team members, and occasional offsite service driving; a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with safety as a priority. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.

• Ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS.
• Washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.

Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services. Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Experience:

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license; excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment; frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Pay and Benefits:

$14.85 - $24.50
