Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Medford, OR is seeking a Sales & Service associate to deliver tire installation, maintenance, and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will install and maintain tires and wheels, rotate and inspect tires, calibrate TPMS, assist other staff, and help promote store sales while upholding our Code of Conduct and policies.

Qualifications

Valid driver\'s license.
Excellent customer service in a rapid pace environment.
Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
Testing and calibrating TPMS and batteries.
Washing tires and wheels and assisting other employees.
Test driving vehicles and operating service vehicles for offsite services.
Provides excellent customer service and promotes store sales.

Job Description: Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
attaching and rebalancing wheels
installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
washing tires and wheels
testing and installing batteries
using and maintenance of equipment
assisting other employees
test driving vehicles
operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
provides excellent customer service
promotes store sales
uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Experience

Pay and Benefits
