Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service associate responsible for tire installation, maintenance and sales, delivering exceptional customer service in line with company policies and Code of Conduct.

You will install and maintain tires and wheels, rotate and balance tires, calibrate TPMS, test batteries, and assist other employees. On-the-job training supports growth; full-time roles include a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Able to frequently lift 35–75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and standing during work.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.

Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales) The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services

Experience:

Les Schwab offers opportunities for a variety of skills, with on-the-job training.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing

Pay and Benefits:

• $16.50 - $26.45
