Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Washington state is seeking a Sales & Service associate to handle tire installation, maintenance and sales, delivering friendly, high-quality customer service and applying company policies and the Code of Conduct.

You will perform tire rotation, inflation, TPMS work, wheel mounting, battery testing, equipment use, and assist teammates while driving a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment
• frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds
• frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
