Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service professional to install, maintain, and sell tires and wheels while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

The role includes installing and balancing tires, calibrating TPMS, testing batteries, and operating service vehicles for offsite work. Benefits are provided and a strong emphasis is placed on service quality and store sales growth.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain tires and wheels.
Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
Attach and rebalance wheels.
Install/relearn/calibrate TPMS.
Wash tires and wheels.

Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales) The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
attaching and rebalancing wheels
installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
washing tires and wheels
testing and installing batteries
using and maintenance of equipment
assisting other employees
test driving vehicles
operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services

Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Experience

Pay and Benefits
