Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service associate to install, service and sell tires and wheels. You will perform tire installation, rotation, balancing, TPMS calibration, battery testing, and offsite road service as needed, while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels, including TPMS calibration.
• Repair, rotate, and balance tires; inflate and test tires.
• Assist customers and promote store sales; deliver great service.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service equipment as needed.
• Provide offsite and emergency road service when required.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
