Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Commercial Tire Service Technician to install, maintain and service commercial tires and wheels while delivering excellent customer service. The role includes on-site work and offsite emergency road service, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The position offers on-the-job training and opportunities to grow within a large, employee-focused network. Compensation details reflect a pay range and benefits are provided to eligible full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a rapid pace environment.
• Ability to frequently lift 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS.
• Washing tires and wheels.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Using and maintaining equipment.

• Test driving vehicles.

Job Description: Commercial Tire Service Technician (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Commercial Tire Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of Commercial tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels;
• repairing, rotating, and inflating tires;
• attaching and rebalancing wheels;
• installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS;
• washing tires and wheels;
• testing and installing batteries;
• using and maintenance of equipment;
• assisting other employees;
• test driving vehicles;
• and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.

Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Experience: Les Schwab offers opportunities for a variety of skills, with on-the job training.

Pay and Benefits:
