Les Schwab Tire Centers in California is seeking a Sales & Service associate responsible for tire installation, maintenance, and wheel services, delivering friendly, knowledgeable help to customers.

You will perform tire rotation, balancing, TPMS calibration, battery testing, and offsite road service as needed, while upholding company policies and a strong code of conduct.

Qualifications

• Must provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Frequent lifting 35–75 pounds and repeated bending is expected.
• Ability to operate and maintain tire service equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels, including repair, rotation, inflation, balancing, TPMS calibration.
• Test drive vehicles and perform offsite and emergency road service as needed.

Job Description:Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.Primary Responsibilities:Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS; washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; using and maintenance of equipment; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
