Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. is hiring an entry-level Tire Technician in the United States. You’ll learn to replace, repair, and rotate tires while receiving hands-on training designed to build skills for advanced roles.

You'll operate tire balancers and machines, complete work orders accurately, and provide outstanding customer service in a safe, collaborative shop. Overtime and weekly commission opportunities supplement base pay of $14–$16 per hour, paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately and promptly.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service meeting needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
