Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. is hiring an entry-level Tire Technician in the United States. You will replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles; this hands-on role includes training to build skills for more advanced positions.

You will learn to operate tire balancers and machines, complete work orders, and deliver excellent customer service in a safe, collaborative shop. Growth opportunities exist through defined career paths.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co‑workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
