Tire Discounters is seeking an Entry Level Tire Technician in the United States. This position focuses on replacing, repairing, and rotating tires with hands-on training designed to prepare you for more advanced roles. You will learn in a supportive environment while building fundamentals in tire service.

You’ll work with a team that values outcomes and customer service. The role includes opportunities for overtime and weekly commissions as you grow your skills and career.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration and ability to follow instructions.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with outdoor conditions and occasional mechanical hazards.
• Effective pay: $14.00–$16.00+ per hour.
• Overtime and weekly commission opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
