Job summary

Belle Tire Inc. is seeking a Tire Technician to perform expert tire services, including installation, maintenance, repairs, and rotations, in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment focused on safety and quality.

You will mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires, explain options to customers, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and uphold Belle Tire's high standards. Prior automotive experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth and ASE training.

Qualifications

• 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-first mindset
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in tire services or automotive repair

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles
• Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by your manager
