Tire Discounters in Cincinnati, OH is hiring an entry-level Tire Technician to replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles. You will receive hands-on training to build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

You will operate tire balancers and machines, complete work orders, keep the shop organized, and assist customers and teammates.

The role offers pay of $14.00–$16.00 per hour, with overtime and weekly commission opportunities, and clear paths for growth in a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.
• Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour.
• Overtime and weekly commission opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
