Tire Discounters is hiring an Entry Level Tire Technician to help replace, repair, and rotate tires while gaining hands-on skill training for advanced roles. You will work in a fast-paced auto shop environment, supporting customers and team members with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning, a team-oriented culture, and opportunities for overtime and weekly commissions as you grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration and ability to follow instructions.
• Able to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
