Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. in Mason, OH is seeking an Entry Level Tire Technician to join our family-owned automotive team. You’ll receive hands-on training to replace, repair, and rotate tires while learning essential shop skills in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll operate tire machines and balancers, complete work orders accurately, and provide outstanding customer service. Qualified candidates are authorized to work in the USA, able to lift up to 75 lbs, and available to work Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
