Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service associate in the aurora area to handle tire installation, maintenance and sales while delivering exceptional customer service. The role includes working with tires and wheels, TPMS calibration, and related vehicle servicing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The position emphasizes physical stamina for lifting and standing, a valid driver's license, and the ability to contribute to a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Regularly lifts 35–75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Balance wheels and re-balance when needed.
• Install/relearn/calibrate TPMS.
• Test drive and service vehicles as required.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.

Job Description: Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Experience

Pay and Benefits

$16.50 - $26.45 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
