Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring for a Sales & Service role focused on tire installation, maintenance, and customer service. You will install and maintain tires and wheels, perform TPMS calibration, and support offsite road service calls. Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 35–75 pounds repeatedly.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels on vehicles.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels; test drivability.
• Install/relearn/calibrate TPMS systems and sensors.
• Wash tires and wheels; inspect and ensure quality.
• Service vehicles and assist other staff as needed.
• Test drive vehicles to verify performance.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road calls.
• Promote store sales and the Best Tire Value Promise to customers.

Job Description: Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Experience

Pay and Benefits

$16.50 - $26.45 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
