Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service associate to install and maintain tires and wheels, service and balance tires, and calibrate TPMS. This role emphasizes top-tier customer care and adherence to company policies and code of conduct.

Position includes offsite road service, warranty support, and interactions with customers to promote the Best Tire Value Promise. Full-time hours with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for on-the-job training.

Qualifications

Job Description: Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers

Pay and Benefits

$16.50 - $26.45 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
