Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Colorado is hiring a Sales & Service associate responsible for tire installation, maintenance, and sales. You will provide exceptional customer service and perform work according to company policies and the Code of Conduct.

Primary duties include installing and maintaining tires and wheels, balancing tires, TPMS calibration, battery testing, and assisting other team members. The role offers on-the-job training and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.

$16.50 - $26.45 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
