Job summary

Tire Discounters is seeking an Advance Tire Technician to join our team in Springboro, OH. You will replace, repair and rotate tires on customer vehicles, with hands-on training to build skills for more advanced roles.

You will work with a team and learn to use tire balancers and machines, complete work orders, and keep the shop safe and organized while delivering excellent service. Overtime and weekly commissions are available.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with outdoor conditions and occasional mechanical hazards.
• Pay: $14.00 - $16.00+ per hour.
• Your effort pays off. Earn additional income through overtime and weekly commission opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
