As a Tire Technician at Belle Tire, you will provide expert tire services, including installation, maintenance, repairs, and tire rotations, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on safety and quality. Responsibilities

1. Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles
2. Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion
3. Explain tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs to customers, delivering exceptional service
4. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
5. Perform additional duties as assigned by your manager

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-first mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in tire services or automotive repair

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds

Work Environment

This position is based in a retail store specializing in tire and automotive services. Work hours vary from Monday through Saturday, with possible overtime. The setting is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring extended standing and heavy lifting.

Compensation

$15 - $17.50 per hour
