Job summary

Summary/objective The Tire Technician is responsible for dismounting rims off tires, sorting tires, and preparing tires for sale to customers.

Essential Functions

• Dismount all tires and decide which ones are up to code for sale
• Sort and prepare all tires for sale to customers, ensuring that they are organized.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and tracking the movement of materials.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding salvage yard operations.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including enforcing safety protocols and ensuring that all employees are adhering to environmental regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
