Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking a Tire Technician to join our results-focused team. You will mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires, perform oil changes, inspect vehicles, and support a fast, precise service standard.

Prior tire or automotive service helps you fit in quickly and grow into higher responsibilities with time. We offer full-time hours at an hourly rate with commission and overtime opportunities, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Tire/lube or automotive service experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
• Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and eager to grow.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physically able to lift 70 lbs and work on your feet.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to spec.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Test and install batteries.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work with your team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service.
• Opportunity to progress into light mechanical services as skills and experience allow.
