Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service in Redlands, CA is hiring a Tire Technician to mount, dismount, balance and rotate tires, perform oil changes, inspect and document issues, and support a fast, accurate service team.

You should have tire or automotive service experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 70 lbs. Weekend availability is required to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• Tire/lube or automotive service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physically able to lift 70 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to spec.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Test and install batteries.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work with your team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service.
• Opportunity to progress into light mechanical services (brakes, suspension, alignments) as skills and experience allow.
