Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service in Medford, OR is seeking a Tire Technician to join our results-driven team. You will mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires, perform oil changes, test TPMS sensors, and assist with light mechanical tasks to ensure fast, accurate service.

A valid driver’s license and a safety-first mindset are required, with weekend availability. We offer competitive pay with overtime and benefits, plus clear opportunities for career progression as skills grow.

Qualifications

• Tire/lube or automotive service experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Detail-oriented, safety-minded
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Physically able to lift 70 lbs and stand for long periods
• Flexible availability, including weekends

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires
• Repair flats and inflate to spec
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors
• Perform oil changes and replace filters
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues
• Test and install batteries
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards
• Work with your team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service
• Opportunity to progress into light mechanical services as skills grow
