Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service in Tucson is seeking a Tire Technician to join a performance-driven team. You will help with tire mounting, balancing, rotations, and related services to ensure fast, accurate, and high-quality customer care.

You should have tire or automotive service experience, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to grow into more complex tasks. Weekend availability is required, with opportunities for career progression within a large, multi-state organization.

Qualifications

• Tire/lube or automotive service experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
• Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and eager to grow.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physically able to lift 70 lbs and work on your feet.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to spec.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Test and install batteries.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work with your team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service.

Tire Technicians:

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires
