Haug Implement Co. seeks a Tire Service Technician to inspect, install, rotate, balance, and repair tires on agricultural and heavy equipment. You will work on customer sites and in-house shops, following Deere guidelines and safety protocols.

Responsibilities include maintaining tire inventory records, scheduling inspections, and assisting with ordering. Valid Class B CDL and tire certification are preferred; a competitive hourly wage and benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of tire service experience, preferably with agricultural or heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of tire safety, installation, and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to operate tire mounting and balancing equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet functions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Valid Class B driver’s license or CDL, valid medical card, and insurable driving record required – or ability to obtain one.
• Tire service certification, familiarity with John Deere equipment, and dealership or service center experience preferred.

• Document diagnostics and repairs on work orders and submit information on time.

• Inspects tires and wheels on agricultural and heavy machinery for wear, damage, or defects
• Performs tire installations, rotations, balancing, and alignments according to John Deere guidelines
• Repairs and patches damaged tires safely and effectively
• Maintains accurate records of tire inventory, services performed, and replacement schedules.
• Assists in ordering and managing tire inventory
• Collaborates with service teams to schedule routine tire inspections and maintenance.
• Follows all safety protocols and procedures during service and repairs
• Works on site at customer locations, in the field and in house
• Provides technical support and recommendations on tire selection and maintenance to customers and internal teams
• Accounts for billable time and assigned work orders
• Completes thorough documentation of diagnostics and repairs performed on work orders and on time submittal of information

Experience and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of tire service experience, preferably with agricultural or heavy equipment
• Knowledge of tire safety, installation, and maintenance procedures
• Ability to operate tire mounting and balancing equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, standard desktop applications, and internet functions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to bend, lift, carry, and maneuver heavy objects up to 75 lbs
• Valid Class B driver’s license or CDL, valid medical card, and insurable driving record required – or ability to obtain one
• Tire service certification, familiarity with John Deere equipment, and dealership or service center experience preferred

Haug Implement Co. provides an estimated base pay range. The actual starting pay offer will account for our overall wage and benefit package, applicant experience, training, and skill, and internal equity among our existing employees. This is an hourly position with a potential hiring offer range $20.00 – 30.00 based on factors listed above.
