Job summary

Haug Implement Co. is seeking a skilled technician to diagnose engines, transmissions, electrical, and hydraulic systems and determine required repairs. The role includes preventative service inspections and equipment handling with emphasis on accurate work orders.

Candidates should have 1+ years of experience or technical training, familiarity with diagnostic tools, and a valid driver's license; CDL is a plus. Competitive wage and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• One or more years' experience or technical college degree or certification preferred.
• Experience with repair, service, and maintenance following technical manual procedures.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience operating vehicles and diagnostic tools.
• Proficient with basic computer functions.
• Familiarity with Service ADVISOR or similar diagnostic software preferred.
• Valid driver's license with insurable record required.
• CDL preferred.

Job description

• Performs diagnostics on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and other components and determines what repairs are needed
• Performs preventative service inspections
• Loads and unloads equipment as needed
• Provides complete and thorough work order documentation on diagnostics and repairs performed, parts used, and time worked

• Able to lift, bend, and carry
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record required
• CDL (Commercial Driver's License) preferred

Haug Implement Co. provides an estimated base pay range. The actual starting pay offer will account for our overall wage and benefit package, applicant experience, training, skill, and internal equity among our existing employees. This is an hourly position with a potential hiring offer range of $22.00-35.00 per hour, based on factors listed
above.
