Qualifications

• Previous automotive guest service experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No relocation offered for this position.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability by selling tires and automotive services.
• Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction by understanding needs.
• Communicate advertising and promotions of products and services.
• Handle guest interactions from check-in to checkout, including scheduling and time estimates.
• Contribute to promotional merchandising and events.
• Explain warranties, promotions, and advertisements to guests.
• Use tools to make recommendations per manufacturing guidelines.
• Assist Service Manager in communicating guest vehicle information as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.
