Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Customer Sales Advisor in Hawaii. Gain hands-on experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers, delivering outstanding service and building guest relationships.

You will work toward sales goals, understand warranties, and help with tire and service recommendations in a team environment. Excellent training, opportunities for advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Help drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction through understanding their needs.
• Describe all warranties, advertising, and promotion of products and services.
• Take responsibility for guest interactions from check-in to check-out, including scheduling and estimating time.
• Make recommendations to guests based on manufacturing recommendations.
• Promote self‑development by utilizing company training tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.
